Terms of use
tapframe.ai is operated by Ross McCalla (the operating company is to be confirmed). By using tapframe.ai and its tap pages, you agree to these terms.
A work in progress
TapFrame is in an early pilot. Features may change, pause or stop, and pages may occasionally be unavailable. Features marked "Coming soon" aren't available yet.
Item information and prices
Details and prices for artworks, cards and collectibles are provided by their owner, exhibitor, gallery or shop and may change or contain errors. A price shown on a tap page is not an offer to sell; availability is confirmed only by the seller. "Placed, not for sale" and "Sold" reflect the latest status we were given.
Verification and history
A "Verified chip" badge means the tap came from a secure chip whose signature checked out. It is not an appraisal or a guarantee of authenticity, grade or condition. Grading details link to the grading company's own records. Test chips are marked as not verified.
Images and content
Artworks, card designs and images belong to their artists and rights holders and are shown with permission for this purpose. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Emails
If you ask us to email you a piece or join a list, you agree to receive those emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, attempts to break in, or tampering with labels and chips.
Patent pending
TapFrame is patent pending.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
